What makes a good teacher?

A good teacher has to have many qualities. some of them are: 

1. He has to be like a father, this because they will work with human beings, not with machines. So, sensitivity has to be present within him/her.

2. he has to be very intelligent. This because he has to show students that he can transmit knowledge and trustfulness.

3. He has to be very understanding. Because in most of the cases students come to schools with many familiar problems. Others, don't have money to feed themselves while others have suffered the cruelty of sexual abuse and war.

4. It has to be resigned to failures and successes within his students. Because many students will die in the process of education while others will become criminals. But there will be some who will be great professional thanks to your help.

5. He has to be very responsible with his work. Many teachers have been directly responsibles for the student's failures because he/she has mistreated students. As a consequence of this, children give up schools with so much resentment and then they transform this resentment into hatred and by contrast, they fail in life.
